Sarah is a fantastic agent, and an absolute delight to spend time with! We took longer than most people to find a house, and in the end I think Sarah showed us well over 50 houses, including several houses that were not yet on the market and one that was still a construction site! We were uncertain as to what neighborhood we wanted to live in, so Sarah took us to see a seemingly endless supply of neighborhoods that could meet our criteria. She took us for second and third visits to more houses than I can recall. Through all of this, never once did she make us feel rushed or pressured in any way. Never once did she suggest that we should stop looking and make a decision. She wanted us to find a home that we would love, and she was going to stick with us for as long as it took. Another great thing about Sarah is that she is extremely knowledgeable about houses and build components. Visiting houses with her was great, as she would quickly be able to form an opinion about the quality of materials used in construction or renovation. There were several occasions when she pointed out flaws to us that we would never have noticed. I always had the feeling that she was looking to protect us from making any mistakes and that she was going to make sure that we didn't purchase a home that wasn't worth the asking price. Never, ever did she actually push us to make a purchase. Another plus of working with Sarah is that you also get to work with Emily, who is on Sarah's team. Emily is a gem, always on top of things and always keen to help out with whatever is needed. The combination of intelligence, kindness, perseverance and commitment that Sarah possesses is extraordinary. I feel very fortunate to have met her. The only downside of having a found a house is that I don't get to see her as frequently!
