What I Love About La Bonne Vache
Tucked into the former Booeymonger space at 3265 Prospect St NW, this corner French bistro is one of my favorite places to spend time: with my team, with family, with clients. Frites worth going back for. Burgers, French-inspired and built on a proprietary beef blend, worth a second round. Small space. Always full. Exactly the kind of spot that makes Georgetown feel like a neighborhood instead of a destination.
We were just there again, celebrating another closing with the team over lunch. Same result as always: the bites didn't disappoint, neither did the frites. I love this place.
